📱 Xaman Wallet Setup

To receive DRGN tokens, you need the Xaman wallet (formerly XUMM) - the most trusted XRP Ledger wallet.

Download Xaman

Get the app from xaman.app or search "Xaman" in your app store (iOS/Android).

Create or Import a Wallet

Follow the setup wizard. Write down your secret numbers and store them safely - they're the only way to recover your wallet!

Find Your Wallet Address

Your address starts with r (e.g., rHb9CJAWyB4rj91VRWn96DkukG4bwdtyTh). You'll need this for redemptions.

💰 XRP Wallet Activation (Required)

⚠️ Important: Your wallet MUST be activated first!

The XRP Ledger requires a minimum of 1 XRP to activate any wallet. Without this, your wallet cannot receive any tokens (including DRGN).

You must have at least 1 XRP in your wallet BEFORE requesting a DRGN redemption.

How to get XRP:

Tip: We recommend having at least 2-5 XRP to cover the activation and future transaction fees.

🔗 Setting Up DRGN Trustline (Required)

The XRP Ledger uses "trustlines" to receive tokens. You must create a DRGN trustline before we can send you DRGN tokens.

Open Xaman App

Make sure your wallet is activated with at least 1 XRP.

Go to "Add Token" or "Trust Set"

Tap the + button on your home screen, then select "Add asset" or "Trust set".

Enter DRGN Token Details

When prompted, enter the following:

  • Currency Code: DRGN
  • Issuer Address: rDRGNvBcbMadkDQQVGwnMqwnxjTYQhNxKV

Sign the Transaction

Xaman will ask you to sign the trustline transaction. Slide to approve.

Done!

Your wallet is now ready to receive DRGN tokens. You can request a redemption!

✅ How to verify your trustline is set

In Xaman, go to your wallet and look for "DRGN" in your token list. If you see it (even with 0 balance), your trustline is active.

You can also check on XRPL Explorer by entering your wallet address.

🔄 Redemption Process

How to Redeem Your Coins for DRGN:

  1. Earn coins by playing GridMem
  2. Visit drgnrewards.com
  3. Enter your GridMem username
  4. Connect your Xaman wallet (or enter address manually)
  5. Select amount to redeem (minimum 100 coins)
  6. Submit your redemption request
  7. Wait 24-72 hours for processing
Before redeeming, make sure:
  • Your wallet has at least 1 XRP (activated)
  • You have set up the DRGN trustline
  • Your wallet address is correct

💱 Conversion Rate

100 coins = 1 DRGN token

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

Why haven't I received my DRGN yet?

Redemptions are processed within 24-72 hours. If it's been longer, check:

  • Is your wallet activated with at least 1 XRP?
  • Do you have the DRGN trustline set up?
  • Is your wallet address correct?

If all checks pass, contact support with your username and wallet address.

What does "tecNO_LINE" error mean?

This means you need to set up a DRGN trustline in your Xaman wallet. See the "Setting Up DRGN Trustline" section above. Once set, we'll automatically retry your payout.

What if my redemption fails?

If we can't send your DRGN (e.g., invalid wallet address), your coins will be refunded to your GridMem account within 3 days.

Can I change my wallet address?

Yes! You can update your wallet address in the redemption portal before requesting a new redemption. Or contact support to update it.

What is Xaman?

Xaman (formerly XUMM) is a secure, non-custodial wallet for the XRP Ledger. It's the safest way to store and manage XRP and tokens like DRGN. Download at xaman.app.

Is my data safe?

Yes. We never store your private keys or wallet passwords. Your Xaman wallet is completely under your control. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How do I delete my account?

Email support@drgnrewards.com with subject "Account Deletion" and your username. We'll process your request within 30 days.

🔧 Troubleshooting

Xaman won't connect

Make sure you have the latest version of Xaman installed. Try closing and reopening the app. If on desktop, you may need to scan a QR code with your phone.

"User not found" error

Make sure you're entering your exact GridMem username (case-insensitive). If you just created your account, wait a few minutes and try again.

Balance shows 0 but I have coins

Balances sync every few minutes. If you just finished a game, wait a moment and refresh. If the issue persists, contact support.
